Why is my order on hold?
If you’ve chosen a payment method that is not instant (e.g. by check or bank transfer) your order is put on hold until our sales team receives proof of payment. To assist you in this step, we send you an email with all the information you need to facilitate payment. When we receive payment, your orders immediately enter the production phase.
Another reason for a held order is if we detected a production issue and are checking that it can be manufactured. You should also check your emails, our customer service team might have sent you an email asking for additional information.
