If your order is canceled, automatic credit is issued to your Sculpteo prepaid account. This credit can be applied to a new order once the issues with your project have been fixed and you are ready to order again.
If you prefer to obtain a refund instead of store credit, you will just need to ask our customer support; your refund will be issued through the same medium you used to pay for your order (e.g. if you paid via PayPal, you’d be refunded via Paypal). Please include all relevant details, such as order number(s).
Depending on the refund method, the refund should take no longer than ten working days to reach your bank account.
